Ghost Bike, seen in the East Village in NYC. The placard reads: "Andrew Morgan, 25 years old, killed by truck, June 22, 2005. Rest in peace." More information here. There's a link on that web page to a New Yorker article about ghost bikes. (Take a look at the comments.)
